As a traveler who appreciates a warm and inviting atmosphere, I found my experience at this hotel to be a mixed bag. While the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with necessary amenities like an electric kettle and free toiletries, the overall value proposition fell short in some areas. the bar/lounge area was vibrant and welcoming, but the noise from the locals made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful meal. the restaurant, although offering a standard menu, failed to deliver on the promised culinary expertise of the Executive Chef. On the positive side, the landlady, Sophia, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure that all our needs were met. the room itself was comfortable and provided a good night's rest after a long day of travel. However, the lack of attention to detail in the cleanliness of the bar area and the disorganization during breakfast service left much to be desired. Overall, for the price paid, I expected a higher level of luxury and attention to detail. While the hotel has potential, there are areas that need improvement to truly provide a top-notch experience for guests.
